Notice of Public Comment Period for Quintillion Nome to Homer Express Fiber Optic Cable
Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuge has prepared a draft Compatibility Determination (CD) for a right-of-way permit for Quintillion to lay fiber optic cable on Service lands.
The Service invites interested persons to review the and make comments on the draft CD as it affects their interest in the area and on how the laying of a subsea fiber optic cable in Etolin Strait may affect refuge purposes and/or the mission of the National Wildlife Refuge System.
The CD is available online below, and hard copies are available at 807 Chief Eddie Hoffman Hwy, Bethel Alaska.
